Development Incentive Grant Application

The Development Incentive Program of the CBID was created to provide a flexible source of funds to assist in making projects happen that add to downtown’s vitality. Proposals are selected based on their ability to create or enhance new activity and benefits for buildings located within the CBID.

Event Sponsorship Application

The CBID’s goal is to nurture events with the intent of eventually having the event stand on its own. Sponsorship criteria and specific requirements are outlined in the application.

Residential Parking Permit Application

The City of Knoxville and the CBID facilitate the Residential Parking Permit Program. Designated residential parking zones (RPZ) are strategically located where residential development is prominent. With a permit, full-time residents in an RPZ can park near their homes without paying meters. Permits are $125 per program year, per vehicle which will be prorated per quarter.
